Servants 4 Him is a multi-faceted ministry that seeks to serve the people of Guatemala. Dental clinics, water filters, English classes and energy-efficient stoves all bring needed relief to some of the poorest residents of Central America.

Each of these “works” serves as a clear illustration of just how God works in our lives. In the case of a stove or eco-plancha, the stove replaces a smoky, inefficient fire that used to cover their home with soot. Similarily, God’s sacrifice for us is the solution for sin in our lives.

Last week, we got to install a new stove in a home in El Tizate. The first step is to remove the old cooking area and then clean out a space for the new stove. After the mice scurry away and the chickens calm down, step two is to install the new stove.

Then comes the fun part, we get to pray for and with the family and then talk about how this stove is both a demonstration and illustration of God’s incredible love for them.

We are so grateful to be a part of this practical demonstration of the love of Christ and are thankful for your support of our ministry
