Today was an awesome day: No escuela. An epic Guatemalan Independence Day parade. And we got to eat barbeque, worship and enjoy communion with some of our favorite people, the Servants 4 Him team!

The parade went right through Parque Central which is surrounded by beautiful old buildings.

The quetzel is the national bird of Guatemala and also the name of their money (Q).

This country is nothing, if not colorful.

Classic 50’s dress, dance and music was well represented on the streets of Antigua today…
