She Rocked It!

Emily is creatively leading and teaching and loving the kids under her care at House of Destiny. In order to do her job well, she is getting all the training she can. Emily just finished a four-month intensive online course (in Spanish) put on by Guatemala’s government agency over adoption.

She rocked it! We are proud.

Leaving a Light On for You

We had visitors last week! A team from Saint Peter’s came and served with Elévate Guatemala in Santiago Zamora and reached out with Iglesia Cristiana El Refugio in the City.
Then as they were wrapping up Jeff Howell and Chris Miller arrived from Plant City, Florida to minister to our Celebremos La Recuperación folks, serve our local police, encourage our IDC leadership and to move our congregation closer to hope!

Now it’s your turn.
We’ll leave a light on for you.

Shave & a Haircut, 2 Bits…

This week I was asked to pray a blessing over Classic Barbershop’s new location on 6ta Avenida. I gladly did so because I know God has the hairs on our heads numbered (Luke 12:7) and I know the impact of a bad haircut (see Samson in Judges 16:19).

Please stop by the new location across from Sabe Rico next week for a haircut, a shave or just to say hi. Tell Romeo Todd sent you.
