After Maureen and Emily got to attend a CCEF Trauma Conference in Virginia Beach, we got to share our grandkids with their great grandparents this week!

Less than 48 hours after returning to Guatemala, Maureen began teaching Ammi again. This self-proclaimed “favorite student of Maureen” is rocking middle school completely in English!

What a wonderful surprise it was to run into Fabi and Oscar at the airport last week!

These two were Maureen’s Tico English students and we got to share a flight to El Salvador together on our way home to Costa Rica and Guatemala respectively. Before this encounter, they had only known each other via Zoom.
