On Sunday we were invited to attend a celebration at a church in San Antonio Aguas Calientes. They were celebrating the 20-year anniversary of their women’s prayer group. These faithful heroes have met every Tuesday for the last 20 years without missing a Tuesday. That is 1,040 times these women have circled up and prayed for their church, their pueblo, their country and their world.

It was easy for us to know who the prayer warriors were, they were the ones with matching pink and red cortes (skirts) and huipils (blouses). It was an honor for us to celebrate their anniversary with them.
