This past weekend Iglesia del Camino hosted our baptism service at our church beach house on the Pacific Coast. Pictured here are Josue and I reflecting on the big step of faith 8 people took that day (or more likely, we are just wondering about what is lurking beneath the waves).
We moved to Guatemala 14 years ago and we’ve been in this house for the last 8 years.
So many memories, ministry, parties, cookouts, prayer meetings, counseling, health issues, God moments, holidays, tears, laughter, love…
I could go on for days.
Homeless guys using our shower, teens who needed a place to stay, guests we knew and some we didn’t. So many interns!! So many memories!!
It’s ok to move to the next house but it’s not easy. Ahhhh I’m so emotional.
